I'm doing an exercise currently to get to know the Nakshatras better.
I've been singing to the lunar energy everyday, I'm determined to heal my menstual cycle. Seeking nourishment from the Un-obstructed flow of the lunar energy.
So many women are beset with menstrual difficulties, imbalances etc. I have tried many different methods to help heal my own, and when in pain I find a few things help in conjunction with one another:
Peppermint/chamomile tea
Daily Aloe Vera
Connecting with Lunar Deities, singing prayers to the Moon.
Keeping low to the ground, postures that lower the head and arms, bending the back.
Eating apples, drinking freshly made juices.
Staying away from soy beans, chocolate, fried foods, anything heavy for the body to digest etc.
