She shined on me through the gap in the window last night, as I fell asleep.
At the beach near sunset, she was there. I like it when I just happen to be drawn to an area of the sky to look, and there she is!!!
I also like it when the sun and moon are visible in the sky at the same time.
In my mind I think, wow, wouldn't it be great to do alternate nostril breathing at such a time to really connect with solar and lunar energies? If doing walking alternate nostril breathing it could perhaps be done, that one could face and focus on the moon whilst breathing in and out the left nostril, and then the sun with right... though it may be hard to do smoothly with too much twisting of the body. So far it hasn't been practical for me to try this, when I've been in the situation with the sun and moon visible at the same time.
That brings to mind the following (found in David Frawley's book - Astrology of the Seers, and his translation of: "Hymn to the Planets" by Vyasa.)
"I worship the Moon, who has the colour of yogurt, seashell or snow, who arose from the ocean of milk, whom Shiva wears as a crest jewel on his head."
Moon
Moon
Moon
Moon
